Villa Parma is a heritage listed building, refurbished using the finest imported materials and antique furniture. As such, we have a responsibility to ensure that the building is preserved to the highest standards so that future generations may also enjoy it.

Please be aware that whilst normal wear and tear is expected, damage to the property including fixtures, fittings and furniture at Villa Parma will incur significant charges, over and above the cost of your stay.

All guests are required to sign a declaration on arrival stating the following:
The maximum number of guests allowed at any one time is in accordance with the number of guests booked (eg. six guests booked = a maximum of six guests may be at Villa Parma throughout the duration of the booking). Guests are encouraged to make use of the many public areas in the main hotel building at Peppers Springs Retreat & Spa for gatherings larger than this; and
Guests of Villa Parma will be held responsible for any damages or thefts and all repairs / replacements as deemed necessary by Peppers Springs Retreat & Spa.

Other Booking Conditions

•	All deposit cheques must be received no later than 10 working days of bookings
•	Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 11.00am
•	Early check-ins / Late check-outs are subject to availability within 24 hours of arrival date and will incur extra charges
•	Peppers Springs Retreat & Spa reserves the right to charge any rate increases on transferred bookings and gift vouchers

Cancellation Policies

•	Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total tariff
•	Cancellations made 30 days or less and more than seven days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tariff
•	Cancellations made seven days or less before arrival will incur a cancellation fee 100% of the total tariff
•	A request to change dates seven days or less before arrival must be made by telephone during office hours and may be deemed to be a cancellation in the event that the property is not re-booked for the original dates
•	Should the property be re-booked you may elect to use the balance of your deposit - less the administration fee of $50 - or pay the total tariff and accept an Accommodation Coupon valid for up to 6 months
•	Travel insurance is strongly recommended for both medical and cancellation coverage
